The Kauai Lagoons development, a multimillion dollar project, presented a host of conditions that would challenge the largest construction companies. Frank Santos and his team brought experience and knowledge to the table resolving all of the challenges and change orders that came up throughout the project.

Choosing NKO as the landscape contractor on the Lagoons project was one of the best decisions I have made. I saved time, money and headaches. NKO said in their proposal that we could count on them, we did and they delivered.
